For a fine jewelry brand on Shopify

New supplier pieces in your store as on-brand drafts, priced your way, without anyone retyping a product.

This is a working preview, not a video. Change the markup, the price ending, the margin floor or where your logo sits, and every product, variant and image on the right is worked out again. Click a product to see the supplier photo next to the version Shopify gets: same ring, never redrawn, placed on one fixed template.

Your jewelry, untouchedThe photo is only cleaned and placed. Prongs and stones are never redrawn by AI, and the logo never covers the piece.
One product, all its variantsEvery metal and size from the supplier lands as one Shopify product with the right options and SKUs.
Nothing goes live by itselfNew products arrive as drafts. Anything below your margin floor or missing a photo is held for a person.

Try to break it. Add 14KY size 6 to SOL100 (it already exists). Add a SILVER row, or a cost of “TBC”. Drop the markup to 40% and watch products get held. Push the logo to 30% wide with 0% padding: the ring shrinks to stay clear, it is never covered. Move the logo to top left.

Product import plus logo-on-image

Make.com (or n8n) reads the supplier feed or scrapes the site, groups variants, prices them by your rules and checks each SKU. Photos go through a background-removal API, then a fixed logo template (Cloudinary or Placid), and land in Shopify as drafts. About twelve to sixteen hours for a first supplier, tested.

Platforms and AI tools

Make.com and n8n daily, Zapier, the Shopify Admin API, OpenAI and Claude for descriptions, SEO titles and alt text in your brand voice.

Hours

Available 11 AM to 6 PM Pacific, Monday to Friday, as your post asks.

How it works

Four steps, one of them yours.

  1. MeConnect the supplier feed (or a scraper) and your Shopify store, and match their codes to your metals and sizes.
  2. YouSet the markup, price ending, margin floor and logo position, and send a brand voice guide.
  3. MeBuild the image template and the AI copy step, then run twenty real products as drafts.
  4. MeYou approve the drafts, then it runs on its own with a Slack note for anything held.

Reply in our Upwork chat with a supplier page or feed and three of your product photos. I’ll run them through this preview so you can see your own products on your template before you hire anyone.

I can start this week.

  index.html this page
src/importEngine.js titles, grouping, SKUs, prices, margin floor, duplicates, image template, SEO text
  data/sample.json an invented supplier feed
  tests/verify.js 29 tests against src/importEngine.js
tests/browser-check.py drives this page in a real browser

The page and the tests load the same engine file, so what you just used is what was tested. Hand src/ and tests/ to your developer, or never open them.
